Description :

Herbosept is unique herbal remedy against cough and cold. It is a herbal combination Lozenges relieves cough, gives soothing & cooling effect in sore throat and mild upper respiratory tract infections. Herbosept is available in different flavours such as Orange, Lemon, Honey Lemon, Ginger Lemon, Menthol, Strawberry, Raspberry.

Glycyrhiza glabra / Licorice is most known for its soothing effect on inflamed mucous membranes of the throat, lungs. It is used for coughs, all throat and bronchial irritations. It reduces an irritation of inflamed mucous, relieves dry irrigative cough.

Terminalia belerica has expectorant and mucolytic actions, It is useful in cough, bronchitis and pharyngitis. it relieves blocked phlegm, and eases bronchospasms.

Zingiber officinale has powerful Antibacterial, Anti-cough forming, anti-inflammatory and decongestive actions. It eases breathing in nasal stuffiness and provides fast maintenance in cold. It help to treat in cough accompanied by large amount if phlegm

Curcuma longa has anti-septic and anti-bacterial actions.

Menthol Soothes the irritated mucosa & reduces cough frequency/severity.

Indications :

For the symptomatic relief of mouth and throat infections, dry, irritating cough associated with the common cold and nasal congestion

Administration and Dosage :

For adults One lozenge to be sucked slowly in the mouth every 2-3 hours up to a maximum of 8 lozenges in 24 hours.

For children above 5 years old it is sucked slowly One lozenge every 4 hours. Maximal daily dose is 6 lozenges. The course of the treatment must not exceed 5–7 days.
